Welcome to all the members of the Haughton High School Big Red Buccaneer Band. I hope everyone's Summer has been going well.  I know that everyone is getting ready to make this season a success. I am quite excited about this year's show. We have a lot possibilities to make this a championship season, so we must start working now and getting in shape.

I would like to welcome our new Assistant Director of Bands Mr. Joel Burris. We are very excited about him coming to Haughton Band, his contribution to our group will be immeasurable

Did you want to be in band but somebody told you that you couldn't?

Are you transferring to Haughton and was in band at your last school?

  • Yes you can take Art & Band at the same time

  • Yes you can be in ROTC and Band at the same time

  • There is almost no reason why you can't.
